Corazon Locsin Montelibano Memorial Regional Hospital (CLMMRH) bagged three out of four awards in the recently concluded National Hospital Week Celebration of the Department of Health Western Visayas – Center for Health Development (DOH Western Visayas – CHD) at the Westown Hotel, Iloilo City.

CLMMRH was recognized for attaining the highest score among the Level III hospitals in Western Visayas in the Integrated Hospital Operations and Management Program (IHOMP) Assessment for 2021. With the recognition is a cash prize of fifty thousand pesos.

Meanwhile, the CLMMRH Public Health Unit (PHU) represented by Ms. Catherine Infante, Health Education and Promotion Officer (HEPO) III, received the 2nd Place Award in Best In Public Health Documentary Contest. With the award is a cash prize of twenty thousand pesos.

Lastly, CLMMRH was recognized for its 100% Compliance and Submission for both the daily and weekly modules of the DOH Data Collect (Bed tracker) application as part of the COVID-19 response.

The Department of Health (DOH) officers who were present in the awarding ceremony were: Dr. Ma. Sophia S. Pulmones, OIC Director III and Dr. Jesse C. Gellada, Health Facility Development Bureau (HFDU) Head.

Congratulations to the women and men of CLMMRH who continue to strive in delivering quality healthcare to the people of Negros and Bacolod City, while maintaining the compliance to the requirements and mandate of the DOH.
