CLMMRH CELEBRATES HEALTH WORKERS’ DAYCorazon Locsin Montelibano Memorial Regional Hospital, through the CLMMRH Public Health Unit, celebrated the Health Workers’ Day today, May 6, 2022, at the Reodica Hall.
The celebration started with a short program and a ribbon cutting ceremony, graced by the presence of CLMMRH’s Medical Center Chief, Dr. Julius Drilon, the Division Heads, and CLMMRH employees.
Inside Reodica Hall were food booths, game booths, a photo booth, and a blind massage corner to show appreciation to all CLMMRH employees for their selfless service especially during the pandemic.
The Republic Act No. 10069 or “Health Workers’ Day Act”, declares May 7 of every year as a special working holiday to give due recognition to the important role and contributions of the health workers who provide vital health services to our people and to promote their rights and welfare and enhance their sense of worth and dignity.
