The Department of Diagnostic Imaging and Radiologic Sciences is a Level Three DOH-licensed radiologic facility and has the only accredited Radiology Residency Training Program in the whole Island of Negros. It also offers an accredited Ultrasound Fellowship Training Program.

The department can provide the following diagnostic imaging modalities; X-ray, Ultrasound, Mammography, Computed Tomography (CT), and Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI). Images can easily be viewed in various locations through the hospital-wide Picture Archiving and Communication System (PACS). Interventional procedures are likewise currently available. It caters to an average of 6,800 patients per month including the in-patients and out-patients, majority of which come from outside Bacolod.

Presently, the department occupies two (2) buildings, the old building (Bldg. 7) where one X-ray room, CT scan as well as the MRI facility is located and the 2nd Floor of West Tower where additional X-ray, Ultrasound, and Mammography services are available.
