The University of St. La Salle College of Medicine Chorale has been around since 2010. The dean then was Dr. Carmelo Canto, and it was his dream to have a singing group that he himself pioneered. The founding members of the chorale were Drs. Canto, Adrian Seralde, and student council president Frederic Ting. It started with 13 members, up to 17 members last year and 8 members at present. Performances made in behalf of CLMMRH include the Research Forum and the Pediatrics Conference at L’ Fisher. With each song sung, the group believes that it imparts a message that reminds of an almighty entity who is the source of all knowledge and talents that make healing through music possible.
Jethro is a third year medical student. He heads the Medicine Chorale at present.
